SW Series

Yamax corporation's introduction of the SW-series pedometers provided the industry with what many researchers refer to as the "Gold Standard" by which the performance of other pedometers are compared to. The difference in the SW series design was the use of better components such as a spring coil attached to the pendulum.

All three models in the SW series make use of the same internal counting mechanism. The difference comes in the additional functions provided by the SW-651 and SW-701.
